We’re here to help when things don’t quite pan out on you trip, or even before you ever leave. For example, we had a client who was completely paid up on a cruise but, for personal reasons, had to cancel the trip. Since they were only about a week away from embarkation, they were not due any refund from the cruise line, nor did they demand it. They are seasoned cruisers & knew the rules. However, since they were really great clients of ours, we went the extra mile & convinced the cruise line to refund their money, in full. It doesn’t always turn out this way but without a travel agent, this would have never happened.
